California: McGraw Hill Construction point us to this article on a mold lawsuit filed by Rod Stewart's ex, Alana Stewart.

Indiana: 124 babies at a day nursery at the government center north in Indianapolis were moved after mold was found growing on classroom walls reports the Indy Channel.

North Dakota: A North Dakota Department of Health environmental scientist warned residents of flooded homes and businesses they risk developing mold-related illness if proper care is not taken in flood clean up and repair reports the Bismark Tribune.

Virginia: A family that discovered after closing on their home that mold made it uninhabitable for their four children-- especially the two with asthma--is being rescued by remediation contractors reports the Hook.

New Hampshire: An outside expert reported to the Hampton School Board that an intense mold clean-up had put a junior high school's mold levels below the outside air level reports the Portmouth Herald.

Seattle: The Seattle Public Schools is undertaking a survey measuring the quality of indoor air at its nearly 100 schools. Work crews will spend the summer fixing mold and asbestos problems discovered in the first 62 buildings surveyed reports the Seattle Times.
