Is Green the New Hot Color?
A Philadelphia Bank recently announced plans to build 90 new bank branches with "green building" construction methods and materials, according to this post in the Construction Blawg.
We recently reported on a national owner survey showing a majority of owners regard environmentally friendly construction as important or becoming important. Is the higher cost of energy driving this increased interest? Or complaints about sick buildings?
