Free On-line legal encyclopedia and dictionary
The InhouseBlog points to Wex--a collaboratively-created, public-access legal dictionary and encyclopedia--sponsored by the Legal Information Institute at CornellLaw School.
The only construction specific entry so far is for Government Contracts. But entries for construction law topics are bound to be added soon.
