I especially enjoyed the essay on “Magic and Contract: The Role of Intent.” In Harry World the legal rules that intent is ascertained from what we do and say rather than what we secretly think and feel is carried to the extreme leaving no room for execptions based on mistake, fraud or unconscionability.
